Where compassion meets clinical excellence.
The Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) is a new, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to hope, healing and connection. With approximately 200 beds and a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services, we will provide dignified, recovery-focused care designed to meet the needs of individuals and families across the Permian Basin Region of West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.

Help shape something extraordinary from the ground up.

We’re building something extraordinary, and we’re looking for behavioral health professionals who share our commitment to pairing clinical expertise with genuine compassion.
Our Mission
To provide exceptional mental health care that restores stability, strengthens families, and renews lives right here in the Permian Basin. Formed through a unique joint venture between the Midland County Hospital District and the Ector County Hospital District, PBBHC represents a region-wide commitment to improving access to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.
